WATERTOWN, Mass.—The Armenian Weekly this week released its iPhone and iPad Applications, which allow readers to receive breaking news alerts, save favorite articles, browse categories, and share stories with friends and family via e-mail, Facebook, and Twitter.
The app was developed in conjunction with 50pixels, a London-based app development studio. “Publishers have now completely understood mobile is an exciting opportunity to get closer to their readers and expand their reach. We’re proud the Armenian Weekly chose our Mobiloud platform to build their apps and look forward to helping them launch their Android apps later this year,” said Pietro Saccomani, CEO and co-founder of 50pixels.
